Classes, Studio
& privacy.
Games Park Worldwide Ltd. operates GamesPark.ca. Live courses and DIY Studio are separate offerings. A class enquiry does not reserve a place or take payment. For courses, we confirm availability, dates, instructor, final terms and any taxes before asking you to pay.
Class enquiries and contact messages
Your class enquiry is emailed privately to the GamesPark team. It includes the adult contact’s name and email, selected course, learner age band and experience, preferred schedule, and any optional notes. Please do not include a child’s full date of birth, home address, passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
We use these details to answer your request and arrange suitable classes. Submitting either public enquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing or create a Studio account. These two forms do not keep a database of message contents. Copies remain in the receiving email system and any replies. For access, correction or deletion requests, use our contact form and select “Privacy or data request.”
The enquiry forms use a temporary session cookie to protect submissions and prevent duplicate requests. A short-lived request counter uses a hashed network address to limit abuse. These are functional measures, not advertising trackers. Hosting services may also keep their normal access and security logs. These enquiry pages include no advertising or analytics scripts.
The general contact form collects the adult’s name, reply email, chosen topic and message. It uses the same delivery and protection measures. Neither form publishes your contact details. For Studio support, provide an order reference or access-card serial when useful; keep passwords and full redemption codes private.
How live-course enrollment works
- A parent, guardian or adult group organiser chooses a course and sends an enquiry.
- GamesPark confirms fit, dates, time zone, instructor, cohort size, device requirements, price and final terms.
- Once the details are agreed, GamesPark provides payment instructions through PayPal in CAD.
- After payment verification, GamesPark sends confirmation, setup instructions and the private class link.
All proposed course prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Course enquiry forms do not collect payment. Creator Club is proposed as a one-time four-week purchase, with no automatic renewal.
Proposed course cancellations and refunds
The following arrangements are proposed for the relaunch and will be confirmed before a course purchase. They do not replace the separate DIY Studio purchase terms.
- If GamesPark cancels the course before it begins, refund the full amount paid.
- If a family cancels at least seven days before the first class, refund the tuition paid.
- If a family requests a refund within 48 hours after the first core-course class, refund unused sessions on a pro-rata basis.
- After that window, review exceptional circumstances individually. Statutory rights continue to apply.
- A missed group class includes a recap and catch-up task. A replacement class is subject to the confirmed schedule.
The CAD $39 taster credit applies once to First Game Lab or Game Builder Studio booked within 14 days of the taster. It reduces the balance due. Final policies for tasters, private pods and Portfolio Studio will be stated before purchase.
Live-course privacy and learning
Adults handle enrollment and payment. The proposed classes use teacher-managed accounts, with public profiles and publishing optional and subject to parent permission. Group classes are not recorded by default. Any optional student showcase, photograph or recording requires separate consent.
Before course student accounts are created, families receive the applicable student privacy and consent information, including the operator, service providers, retention arrangements and how to request deletion. The enquiry form is for adult contacts only.
Students are expected to treat one another respectfully, use original or permitted assets, and keep private information out of games. Student AI tools are off in the core courses. Instructors teach students to understand and explain what they build.
GDevelop is a third-party tool. The proposed courses are independent of GDevelop, Roblox and Scratch. GamesPark does not promise game revenue, employment or university admission.
DIY Studio accounts, access and privacy
GamesPark DIY Studio is the separate browser edition for adult-guided game making. Visit Studio to see its current preview and access options. A Studio account does not reserve a live class.
Studio uses a database for adult accounts, learner profiles, saved games, progress and access records. Its privacy arrangements are therefore different from the two public enquiry forms described above. Read the Studio privacy information before creating an account or adding learner profiles.
Where available, online Studio access follows verification of a PayPal purchase. Retail access follows successful redemption of an activated access card. Creating an account or sending this website’s contact form does not itself activate paid access. See the Studio purchase and access terms for its licence, period of access and refund information.
For a course question, send a class enquiry. For Studio, access-card or other help, contact GamesPark.
